Fallout 76 Survival is a new PvP mode coming soon

Fallout 76 will get a new PvP mode called Survival, Bethesda has confirmed.

“Since the launch of Fallout 76, we’ve received lots of feedback from some of our more competitive players who requested greater challenge, fewer restrictions, and more incentives when it comes to PVP combat,” Bethesda said in an update.

“With this in mind, we began developing Survival mode, which will bring a new way for you to engage in even more demanding, high-stakes, and deadly adventures in Fallout 76.”

The mode will launch in a beta state later this year.

Despite Bethesda’s claim that it has received “lots of feedback,” those looking for more PvE experiences took to Reddit in droves, leading Bethesda to assure its players that more PvE modes would find their way to Fallout 76.

“We’re also seeing the thoughts being shared by those of you who’d like to see more PVE content, and while I can’t spoil any details just yet, I will say that Survival mode won’t be the only new content coming to Fallout 76 in March, so stay tuned,” a Bethesda Community Manager wrote.

Fallout 76 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
