Evolve’s DLC maps will all be free

In discussion with IGN, Evolve developer Turtle Rock confirmed that all DLC maps for the multiplayer-only game will be free.

“We never want anyone to get booted off of a server because they haven’t bought something,” the game’s Creative Director, Phil Robb, said.

In addition to the free DLC maps, the game will also contain premium DLC with new monsters and hunters.

Evolve attacks on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC from 10 February.
