Evil Dead gameplay shows off the Kandarian Demon

And its mini-Ash henchmen!

Our first real look at Evil Dead gameplay has been delivered, and focuses on the nefarious Kandarian Demon.

Said demon will be playing against a team of four do-gooders in an attempt to eliminate them and spread evil throughout the world.

As shown below, the player controlling the demon will be tasked with finding Necronomicon pages, Raymond Knowby’s tapes and other power-providing artefacts. They will also be able to possess Deadites roaming the map, set traps and command an army of mini-Ashes.

Here’s looking at you, Army of Darkness fans.

Those keen to try out Evil Dead in solo format will be able to do so using bots or trying out side missions that are specifically designed for such an experience.

Evil Dead The Game heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5 on 13 May 2022.
