Soleil ‘Ewok’ Wheeler is FaZe Clan’s first female, deaf member

FaZe Clan’s first female and first deaf member is 13-year-old Fortnite player Soleil ‘Ewok’ Wheeler, fresh off an appearance at the Fortnite World Cup this past weekend.

“I am so very excited to be in FaZe,” Ewok said of her new appoinment. “The quality of people on the team, everybody is really wonderful, so FaZe up.”

In her playing career, Ewok has streamed with Ben ‘DrLupo’ Lupo, Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar and even Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins. Ewok also made a name for herself by taking out Thang ‘SpaceLyon’ Phan, a founding member of FaZe Clan’s Fortnite team, in a round of the battle royale.

Ewok’s Fortnite Tracker stats reveal she’s obtained 65 victories in Season 9, securing 1,335 eliminations with a 1.74 K/D. She’s also got close to 200,000 followers on Twitch.

Fortnite is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS and Android devices.
