Injustice 2 PAX AUS tournament offers $20,000 prize pool

An Injustice 2 PAX AUS tournament will offer up a $20,000 AUD prize pool this weekend, Warner Bros. today announced.

The tournament, hosted in partnership with ESL and CouchWarriors, begins at 2.00 pm AEDST on Friday, 27 October at the ESL Arena stage inside the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Eight players will eventually emerge from playoff brackets to duke it out in finals action from 2.00 pm AEDST on Sunday, 29 October. The first place winner will walk away with $7,500 AUD, the second place $5,500 AUD and third and fourth place finishes will net $3,500 AUD each.

Injustice 2 is available on Xbox One and PS4, and headed into beta on Windows PC via Steam today.
