The first 2018 Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six ANZ Cup starts later this month

Ubisoft yesterday detailed the first Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six ANZ Cup for 2018.

Starting from 29 January, 16 teams from Australia and New Zealand will take part in a best-of-3 round PC tournament, culminating in finals that will be held on 4 March. The top 4 teams will share a prize pool of $10,000 AUD.

Rounds will be played on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm AEDT, livestreamed via YouTube, Twitch and Facebook.

The 16 teams will be made up of 8 Pro League team and 8 teams being filled by those taking part in Rainbow Six Go4, an online community tournament. Each team will play one another over the tournament.

Moreover, console players can register for their respective Community Cups on Xbox One and PS4.
