EA head Andrew Wilson’s pay cut $20m USD

Based on "stockholder feedback".

EA head Andrew Wilson has taken a $20 million USD pay cut, bringing his annual pay to $19.9 million USD from $39.2 million USD.

The pay cut was signalled last year, with EA stating it was based on “stockholder feedback” following a non-binding vote.

Axios reports that Wilson received a $30 million USD stock grant in 2021, but only a $18 million USD one this year, accounting for the overall change in pay.

The outlet also reports that Wilson received a 3.2% bonus to his base salary as per EA’s “Company-wide base salary merit increases for strong performers.”

EA says its median employee income is $115,569 USD. Last year, the company said its median employee income was $123,935 USD.
