E3 2017: 15,000 general admission tickets soon to be available to the general public

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has today advised that 15,000 general admission tickets will soon be available for this year’s E3.

A traditionally media-only event, the 15,000 general admission tickets will first be set at an early bird price of $150 USD from 13 February. The price will jump to $250 USD afterward — that is, if any tickets are left after that early bird period.

The tickets will grant access to the show floor alongside and panel discussions that may present themselves. The tickets do not grant access to press conferences, of course.

The ESA advised this is a larger trial, building off last year’s E3 Live.

E3 2017 takes place over 13-15 June at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California, USA.
