Drag x Drive release date set for 14 August on Switch 2

Mark those calendars.

The Drag x Drive release date has been set for 14 August on Switch 2, Nintendo has today advised.

Nintendo advised that the 3v3 wheelchair basketball sports title would be a digital release back in its April 2025 reveal.

“Use both Joy-Con 2 controllers as mice to compete in this 3-on-3 sport,” Nintendo said at the time. “Head to the court when Drag x Drive launches this summer on Nintendo Switch 2 as a downloadable title.”

We had an opportunity to try out Drag x Drive as part of our Switch 2 preview, and found the title equal parts fun and exhausting. In it, you’ll use both Joy-Cons as mice to control your wheelchair.

Expect Drag x Drive on Switch 2 from 14 August.
