Don’t Starve gets a tropical update soon; early access starts in December

Klei Entertainment today confirmed that Don’t Starve will soon get an update titled “Shipwrecked”.

The update will take Wilson and strand him on a tropical island. Said island features “new seasons, creatures, biomes, and many other exciting ways to die.”

A full release date has not yet been named, though “Shipwrecked” will head to Steam early access on 1 December.
