Don’t look into the sun playing Powerwash Simulator on Xbox

Good advice in general, really.

Players of Powerwash Simulator on Xbox have been advised not to stare directly into the sun, in-game. Or really, in real-life too.

The game’s developer took to Twitter yesterday to remind players of the bug, in which multiplayer games are crashing when non-host players gaze at the sun.

We’re aware of an Xbox multiplayer crash issue. We’re working on a hotfix ASAP. It is triggered by lens flares, and can be reduced by trying not to look directly in the sun and moving,” the developer said in an earlier update.
“[Though] this isn’t a great workaround. [Sorry] for the inconvenience!”

The hotfix is expected sometime this week.

Powerwash Simulator is currently avalable on Windows PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store alongside, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X consoles. It’s also available through the Xbox and PC Game Pass programs.
