Donald Trump uses Mass Effect 2 in propaganda, EA gets it taken down

EA’s used a copyright claim to pull a Donald Trump propoganda piece from the internet that made use of Mass Effect 2.

The video, made by Mark F, first was published to Twitter by Trump’s account. EA quickly moved to have the content, which featured Martin Sheen’s Illusive Man voiceover alongside the game’s soundtrack, taken down. (You can still watch the video here.)

“The video was an unauthorized use of our IP,” EA said to Game Informer. “We do not support our assets being used in political campaigns.”
