Has The Division 2 just teased the next Assassin’s Creed?

An Easter egg in The Division 2 might be teasing the setting for the next Assassin’s Creed game. Then again, it could just be poking a little fun.

As discovered by Fandom wiki user AlifMorrisonudinThe Division 2 sports a poster titled “Valhalla” — in it, a Norsemen is depicted, garbed in an Assassin’s red cape. In the individual’s hand is none other than the Apple of Eden, the MacGuffin used by the franchise.

Update: The posters in question can be found inside Foggy Bottom’s Potomac Event Centre, found to the west of Washington near the Roosevelt Island Stronghold. See below for a location.

Ubisoft’s not confirmed any details of the next Assassin’s Creed game, though Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered was just re-released as part of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey’s Season Pass.

We’ll keep you posted if we learn anything else.

The Division 2 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
