Titanfall 2 takes a swing at Call of Duty ahead of launch

Titanfall 2‘s Twitter account took a swing at Call of Duty over the weekend.

A number of employees from Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward made the transition to Respawn — and the Titanfall franchise — back in 2010. Now, it seems they’re poking a bit of fun at their former meal ticket.

Titanfall joins Battlefield now in mocking Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare‘s “hold X to pay respects” gameplay prompt.

Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1 are both available later in the month, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is available in early November. All games will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and Windows PC.
