Disney Interactive announces Disney Infinity Toy Box Summit

Disney Interactive recently announced the first-ever Disney Infinity Toy Box Summit, described as a “super-powered Toy Box competition,” in Salt Lake City, USA from 15-17 August.

“This fan appreciation event will pit top Toy Box creative artists from around the world to partake in a super-powered Toy Box competition,” a press release read. “The best creations will then be leveraged during the game’s fall launch.”

Artists who win various Disney-sponsored events will be invited to attend.

Five Infinity Associate Community Designers will act as mentors for those who attend. The Summit itself will include panels, roundtable discussion with developers, keynotes, a tour of the studio and hands-on time with Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes.

Disney Infinity 2.0 will be available from this September.
