Diablo 3 – Eternal Collection on Switch outed by Forbes

Diablo 3 – Eternal Collection on Switch has been outed by a Forbes article that looks to have been mistakenly published.

Rumours state that Forbes accidentally published the article a day early; it was supposed to coincide with a proper announcement from Blizzard.

The article, now removed, stated that up to four-player coop is supported on the title, which will include Nintendo-themed content much like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on Switch. Said content includes a Ganondorf armor set, Tri-Force portrait and Echoes of the Mask wings.

The article also said Diablo 3 – Eternal Collection will retail for $59.99 USD and will be available later this year.

Rumours of Diablo 3 on Switch have circled since March; a week ago, Blizzard confirmed it had several Diablo projects on the go.
