Devolver’s Volvy Summer Game Fest livestream was insane as per usual

Find out what happened to Devolver's mascot of old.

Devolver’s Volvy Summer Game Fest livestream has just ended… and, as usual, was as insane as you’d expect.

The livestream was ultimately a vehicle for trailers for the likes of Baby Steps, Human Fall Flat 2, The Talos Principle 2, Wizard with a Gun and Sludge Life 2, but really took us on a journey on its (read: fictional) mascot, Volvy.

Between Devolver’s real trailers, the livestream chronicled Volvy’s rise to fame. Then, his fall. Then, his return as the AI-powered Volv-E!

“Following shareholder feedback, Volv-E has been placed on indefinite hiatus,” Devolver said in a press released that followed the livestream. If you saw it, you’d understand why.

If not, check it all out below. It runs for approximately 30 minutes. If that’s not your thing, we’ve got each real game trailer below as well. Enjoy!
