Devolver delays Skate Story, Baby Steps, Stickman to 2025

Yay?

Update: Devolver has delayed four games to 2025: Skate Story, Baby Steps, Stickman, and Volvy’s Adventure DX.

You can watch this morning’s (very early) livestream below.

Original story: The 2024 Devolver Delayed Awards are a tongue-in-cheek chance for the publisher to announce a host of new delays.

Airing on 28 November at 1.00 am AEDT, the awards show is — according to Devolver — the only one “recognizing those heroic developers with the courage and determination to delay their game into the next fiscal year.”

Devolver didn’t say what would be delayed, but we have bets on the likes of Skate Story.

“This year’s esteemed nominees is one of the most prestigious and anticipated groups we’ve seen in years and our panels of experts were surely put to the test to select just one winner,” Devolver continued. “The stage is set, the release date calendar wiped clean – get ready for the main show.”

You can watch the show below; we’ll of course report back when the delays are detailed.
