Detective Pikachu brings 2D to the 3DS later this month

Detective Pikachu is now available for pre-order on 3DS, Nintendo today confirmed.

The pre-order announcement came at the same time Nintendo used a press release to reiterate that the title will be playable in 2D only on the 3DS.

The title will be available from 24 March alongside an extra-large Detective Pikachu amiibo figure.
