Destiny’s final live event is Age of Triumph

Bungie today confirmed that Destiny’s final live event, Age of Triumph, will take place this month.

Taking place near the end of March, the event is meant “be a fun and memorable celebration that will bring the first major chapter of our Destiny adventures to a fitting close,” Bungie declared.

“We’ll look back upon the three incredible years we’ve shared as a community, and look ahead to some final challenges and rewards that await you in the weeks ahead.”

Bungie promised to reveal more of Age of Triumph on Wednesday, 8 March, though Weekly Rituals have been confirmed for 15 March, and the Age of Triumph Sandbox update for 22 March.

The developer also detailed how character progression will work moving forward to Destiny 2.

Destiny is currently available on Xbox One and PS4.
