Destiny: Light level increase, starting time for Wrath of the Machine’s Heroic mode detailed

Light level changes are soon headed to Destiny.

Guardians will soon be able to take advantage of a 400 Light level cap in the popular MMO, with drops from a variety of encounters being raised to suit.

As part of the game’s 2.4.1 update — taking place Wednesday at 4.00 am AEDST — drops from the Archon’s Forge and the Heroic SIVA Strike playlist will be offered up at up to 385 Light. Legendary Engrams will also offer rewards up to 385 Light). Rare Engrams and the SIVA Strike Playlist will be drop items at 365 Light.

Nightfall Strikes, Strike Hoards, Trials of Osiris, Crucible, Iron Banner and Exotic Engrams will provide rewards up to 400 Light.

Heroic Mode for the Wrath of the Machine Raid starts at 8.00 am AEDST on Wednesday, 19 October.
