Destiny: Crimson Days’ possible 320 Ghost now becomes a guaranteed drop

Bungie has today advised that the potential 320 Light Ghost drop as part of Destiny‘s special Crimson Days event will be a guaranteed drop, provided Guardians have taken part in at least seven matches.

The event, critically panned as an update but praised as a new game type, offered the powered-up Ghost as a potential RNG drop. Now, Destiny‘s developer says everyone who takes part in the event will receive either the Chocolate or Crimson Ghost via mail.

While Bungie cites low drop rates as the reason for the change, and this is coupled with players who’ve revealed they’ve been entering and purposefully dying in Crimson Days matches in order to increase their chances of the item. This change will hopefully end that practice.

Have you taken part in Crimson Days? Will you now that this news has hit?
