Bungie today gave Guardians an in-depth look at the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle players will receive as a Destiny 2 pre-order bonus.

Developed by Omolon, the Coldheart fires a cold beam — Guardians will need to focus the beam on an enemy for a period of time in order to cause some real damage. There’s plenty of kick too, so a bit of skill (and possibly luck) will be required to do so.
Those who’ve pre-ordered Destiny 2 will gain access to the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle at launch, while others will need to wait until 5 December for the chance to obtain the weapon.
Destiny 2 heads to Xbox One and PS4 on 6 September. A Windows PC release follows on 24 October.
