Destiny 2 Season of Dawn detailed by Bungie

Destiny 2 Season of Dawn was today detailed by Bungie in a special early morning livestream.

The Season of Dawn will bring myriad new content, including two new Exotic Quests, a new PvE mode called Sundial (with rotating bosses), a new PvP mode called Elimination and a special mission to “save a legend,” likely Titan Saint-14. How exciting!

Here’s what you can expect, and when, via the game’s free and Season Pass channels.

Free Season of Dawn content

Free content includes the following:

  • 10 December release
    • New Seasonal Artifact: The Lantern of Osiris
    • Solar subclass update
    • PvP mode: Elimination
    • Reprise PvP map: Rusted Lands
    • Tangled Shore and Mars Obelisks open
  • 17 December release
    • Nessus and EDZ Obelisks
    • The Dawning (until 14 January 2020)
  • 24 December release
    • Iron Banner
  • 4 February release
    • Empyrean Foundation
  • 11 February release
    • Crimson Days (until 18 February)
