Destiny 2 will go free-to-play for Xbox Live Gold members this weekend.

The freeplay is available from 2.00am AEST on 8 June until 4.59pm AEST on 12 June. It coincides with a big sale on Destiny 2, in which players can take advantage of the following:

The news comes as developers Bungie and High Moon Studios recently detailed Destiny 2′s next big expansion, Forsaken.
