Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2020 scheduled for next week

Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2020, its Halloween-themed event, kicks off next week and runs through into November, developer Bungie has confirmed.

From 7 October, Eva Levante will once again take up occupancy in the Tower, charging Guardians with the task of fighting the Darkness at the same time as they don masks, collect candy and celebrate past successes.

“Guardians can get their Masquerader helmet from Eva and apply mask ornaments as they pick them up,” Bungie detailed. “This year’s Festival of the Lost will also see new Triumphs, a new emblem, new masks, and more chances to grab the Braytech Werewolf and Horror Story Auto Rifles with new perk possibilities.”

The event runs through to 4 November and will provide a free emblem for those who complete the event’s initial Festival of the Lost quest.

Destiny 2 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia where available. It’s now available to download via the Xbox Game Pass subscription program on Xbox One. Beyond Light heads to all available platforms — alongside Xbox Series X and PS5 — from 10 November.
