Destiny 2 Dawning winter event goes live next week

The Destiny 2 Dawning winter event will go live next week, developer Bungie has confirmed.

The event will run between 19 December and 9 January, offering up themed decorations in both the Tower and Farm social spaces. Guardians will swap out football for hockey (if anyone plays, that is), and best yet, Mayhem mode returns to the Crucible.

Unique The Dawning rewards include new engrams, a special Milestone and new consumables. Those who want to spend real-world money in the Eververse (protip: don’t) will also get the chance to (continue to) do so.
