Destiny 2: Collector’s, Limited and Digital Deluxe editions confirmed

Destiny 2 will offer players three special editions with varying degrees of loot, Bungie has today confirmed.

On offer are Collector’s, Limited and Digital Deluxe editions of the game, all available on 8 September.

Here’s what’s in each:

Collector’s Edition

  • The Destiny 2 base game in a SteelBook case
  • A Destiny 2 Expansion Pass for two expansions with new story missions, cooperative activities, competitive multiplayer, new weapons, armor, and gear
  • A Destiny 2 Customizable Frontier Bag
  • 15” Laptop/Tablet Sleeve with protective pocket slip
  • A Frontier Kit, featuring a Solar panel USB charger with built-in light, paracord, a solar blanket
  • Booklet with secrets into the Cabal Empire
  • A Cabal Schematic
  • Collectible Postcard Images
  • Cabal Military Pawns
  • Legendary Sword
  • Legendary Player Emote
  • Cabal Empire Themed Emblem

This edition retails for $349.95 AUD (or $339.95 AUD on PC) and is available for pre-order across all three platforms.

Limited Edition

This edition retails for $149.99 AUD (or $139.95 AUD on PC) and is available for pre-order across all three platforms.

Digital Deluxe Edition

  • The Destiny 2 base game
  • A Destiny 2 Expansion Pass for two expansions with new story missions, cooperative activities, competitive multiplayer, new weapons, armor, and gear
  • Premium digital content: Legendary Sword, Legendary Player Emote, Cabal Empire Themed Emblem

Australian pricing has been set for $150.45 AUD.

The base game itself appears to retail for $99.99 AUD, though you can also buy the base game plus the Expansion Pack for $139.95 AUD, according to the Xbox Store.

Destiny 2 was today revealed to the world thanks to a new trailer. It confirmed PC availability alongside Xbox One and PS4, and an open beta too. Expect Destiny 2 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 from 8 September.
