DeNA thinks it can make more than $25 million a month from upcoming Nintendo titles

Speaking with Reuters, DeNA CEO Isao Moriyasu believes his company can make more than $25 million USD a month from the games they’ll make in partnership with Nintendo.

Moriyasu said the company is targeting “hundreds of millions of people” to play “multiple hit games” using Nintendo’s IP. The CEO also believes their Nintendo titles will make more cash than their most successful title, Kaito Royale.

“We haven’t talked to Nintendo about targets, but at DeNA, our best-selling game brought in 3 billion yen [$25.08 million USD] a month, and we want to surpass that,” he said.

Do Moriyasu’s statements make you excited or terrified about upcoming Nintendo/DeNA games?
