Dell announces two new Alienware gaming laptops at CES

At CES today, Dell announced two portable gaming rigs: the Alienware 15 and 17 Windows gaming laptops.

The new laptops are 20% thinner than their predecessors and will feature optional Intel Core i7 quad-core processors and NVIDIA GTX 980m graphics. Both laptops are also with the Alienware Graphics Amplifier.

“The new products announced today raise the bar in every category, with style, substance and software solutions customers can only get from Dell,” said Sam Burd, Vice President of Client Solutions Product Group at Dell.

Both laptops will be available from 12 January 2015. The Alienware 15 is priced at $1,999 AUD and the Alienware 17 at $2,499 AUD.
