Death Rally Classic free in celebration of Remedy’s 25th anniversary

Death Rally Classic is free on Steam — forever — in celebration of Remedy Entertainment’s 25th anniversary.

The developer, also behind classics like Max Payne, Alan Wake, Quantum Break and Control, made the announcement last week.

“This isn’t the limited freeware version released to Windows back in 2009,” a tweet read. “To celebrate our studio’s 25th anniversary, we are giving away our first game for free.”

You can head on over to Steam to grab Death Rally Classic for no cost. You can also purchase the Death Rally remake for $3.62 AUD (75% off) at the time of writing if so inclined.

Happy birthday, Remedy!
