Dead by Daylight adds new survivor Mikaela Reid (and she’s a witch!)

Hour of the Witch will be neato!

Dead by Daylight Hour of the Witch will add a new survivor in the form of Mikaela Reid, developer Behaviour Interactive has today detailed.

As you might have concluded from the name of the mid-season chapter, Mikaela is a witch.

“She brings light and life to a realm of darkness and death,” Behaviour said of the character alongside a short teaser trailer (below).

“The Hour of the Witch Chapter is coming to Dead by Daylight this October,” it continues. “It includes a new original Survivor, Mikaela Reid. Writing horror stories is her favorite pastime, and Halloween her favorite holiday. Did we mention she also has a keen interest in witchcraft?”

Expect Mikaela sometime in October 2021. Spooky.

Dead by Daylight is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and Switch; it’s also available through Xbox Game Pass.
