DC Universe is DC Comics new streaming service

DC Universe is DC Comics’ new streaming service, the entertainment giant today confirmed. Moreover, DC showcased logos for the TV shows that will appear upon it.

DC Universe will offer access to a number of shows including:

  • Titans, a live-action show featuring Brandon Thwaites as Robin
  • Young Justice, an animated show that will head to its highly anticipated third season
  • Harley Quinn, a new animated series
  • Swamp Thing, another new animated series

Titans is written by Akiva Goldman (Star Trek: Discovery), DC Entertainment President Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow).

The third season of Young Justice has been subtitled Outsiders.

That’s all we know of DC Universe for now — a go-live date and subscription prices have yet to be detailed. That said, we do expect DC Universe to launch in 2018.
