Dark Souls III is better on PS4 than Xbox One, says Digital Foundry

Digital Foundry has weighed in on Dark Souls III console performance, awarding PS4 top honours over Xbox One.

The site says Dark Souls III runs at 900p on Xbox One and also suffers from stuttering and frame-rate drops. The PS4 lacks those issues and also runs at 1080p.

The Xbox One also has lower quality shadow rendering than on PS4.

Dark Souls III will be available early next month.
