The Dark Pictures is the newest from Until Dawn’s Supermassive

The Dark Pictures is the latest from Until Dawn’s Supermassive Games.

Published by Bandai Namco, The Dark Pictures Anthology is “a series of standalone cinematic horror games.”

Man of Medan is the first title in The Dark Pictures Anthology, chronicling five friends holidaying in the South Pacific.

“With a rumoured WWII wreck to find, and plenty of on-deck partying to be had, our group of 4 young Americans and their skipper Fliss get ready for what should be the trip of a lifetime…but it doesn’t go quite to plan,” Bandai Namco said of the episode. “As the day unfolds, and a storm rolls in, they find themselves trapped on board a ghost ship. Subjected to unimaginable stress and terror, they must try to find a way to escape the ship and its sinister history.”

Like most Supermassive titles, The Dark Pictures offers branching paths with multiple scnearios.

The Dark Pictures will head to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. We’ll have more as it becomes available.
