Microsoft has just revealed that Dance Central 3 will be the first Xbox 360 game to feature SmartGlass functionality. First hinted at during E3, Dance Central 3 will use tablet and smartphone connectivity to allow people to queue up new songs to dance to in-game. To do so, you’ll need to download the “Party Time DJ” app oniOS, Android, or Windows Phone 8.
The app will also allow users to queue up DLC to buy on the Xbox, change difficulty, or track calories burned while playing Dance Central 3.
The app will not be available in time for the game’s launch, and an official release date has not yet been revealed.
