Cyberpunk 2077 likely to be showcased at E3 2018

Cyberpunk 2077 is a likely candidate to be showcased by CD Projekt RED at E3 2018.

The developer’s E3 2018 listing had a “Role-playing” game listed for Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 before being removed after speculation. Now, nothing’s listed — but it’s too late; the internet remembers everything.

With work underway on Cyberpunk 2077 — and a new studio recently opened in Poland to assist development efforts — it’s likely that’s the title previously referenced for E3 2018. CD Projekt RED hasn’t commented on the matter, so those instead hoping for The Witcher 4 can keep those fires burning for the time being. That said, CD Projekt RED said it was considering a Witcher sequel.

We don’t much about Cyberpunk 2077, so hopefully this year’s E3 can change that. We’ll of course report back as we learn more.
