CS:GO, Team Fortress 2 source code has allegedly leaked

The source code for popular Valve titles Counter-strike: Global Offensive (or CS:GO) and Team Fortress 2 has allegedly leaked, leading for calls to avoid the games for the time being.

Reports from SteamDB and Reddit suggests that source code from both titles is now in the hands of potential hackers. In short, that means external users could gain access to your PC or run malicious programs on your PC should you choose to boot up either game at this time.

Security advisors suggest players steer clear of both titles until a fix can be put in place. We’ll keep you informed as we learn more about the situation.
