Crash Bandicoot 4 Switch release confirmed for 12 March

Alongside Xbox Series S & X and PS5 that same day and PC later on.

Crash Bandicoot 4 Switch release has been scheduled for 12 March, Activision Blizzard has today confirmed. The release will also be offered on Xbox Series S & X and PS5 on that same day, and later for Windows PC.

The release coincides with a celebration of Crash‘s silver anniverary, Activision also proclaimed.

The current-gen version on Xbox Series S & X and PS5 will offer up 4K in 60FPS (frames-per-second) alongside support for the PS5’s 3D Audio and Adaptive Trigger capabilities. Those who already own the title on Xbox One and PS4 will receive the upgrades at no additional cost and will be able to take advantage of cross-saves between Xbox One and Xbox Series S & X or PS4 and PS5.

A Windows PC release will follow sometime in 2021, though an exact release date wasn’t named.

Crash Bandicoot 4 It’s About Time is already available on Xbox One and PS4. We reviewed the title here.
