Slaughter simulator Hatred now available for pre-order

Destructive Creations today announced they’re taking pre-orders for the controversial Hatred.

A game that applauds itself for “divid[ing the] gaming industry and start[ing] a loud discussion among gaming and mainstream journalists about the limits of creative freedom,” according to recent press release, Hatred will be distributed via two digital editions.

“The game is an isometric twin stick shooter, where the player takes the role of a cold-blooded Antagonist, who is full of hatred for humanity,” the press release continues.

Hatred has been criticised for its brutal depiction of a mass-murderer killing for the sake of it. The game has also said by some to be devoid of an actual plot.

Still, if interested in a purchase, both versions of the title come with a copy of the game and its soundtrack. One is also bundled with a t-shirt.

Given an Adults Only (AO) rating by America’s ESRB, Hatred has yet to be classified in Australia. It is our understanding it need not be as it’s a digital-only title.

For pricing and pre-ordering, head to Hatred‘s website.
