Conan Exiles heads to Xbox One next month; new Xbox, PC expansion comes with it

Conan Exiles heads to Xbox One in August, Funcom has recently confirmed.

The title, already available on PC, heads to Xbox One’s Game Preview program on 16 August. It will be accompanied by a free expansion update that will also be released to Windows PC at the same time.

“By releasing the free expansion update on PC and Xbox One simultaneously with the Xbox One Game Preview launch, we will provide players on both platforms with a new and fresh experience that expands the world of Conan Exiles by roughly 50% and comes complete with entirely new environments, monsters, buildings, game features, and more,” said Funcom Head of Games, Lawrence Poe.

“As the game is still in Early Access, everyone who has already bought or decides to buy the game while it’s still in development will get access to this massive update at no extra charge.”

Funcom has also promised support for Xbox One X upon its release in November.

Conan Exiles full retail release is expected in 2018 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. The title’s made a name for itself by featuring big, floppy in-game penises.
