Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2 has been delayed later into February, Activision Blizzard has announced.
“Season 02 will be launching on February 15,” the game’s official Twitter account stated. Originally, the content was to be available from 1 February 2023.
“Our studio teams have been making several changes based on what we have heard from our player community,” the statement continued. “Season 02 includes all new content, with the return of Resurgence and a brand new small map for Warzone 2.0.
“Ranked play is also back and coming to MWII, along with new multiplayer maps, new modes, weapons and much more.”
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 are both available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
