Citizen Sleeper 2 release date set for 31 January 2025

The Citizen Sleeper 2 release date has been set for 31 January 2025, Jump Over the Age and Fellow Traveller have confirmed.

“As an escaped Sleeper with a malfunctioning body, players will get a ship, find a crew, navigate relationships, and take on contracts as they explore the Starward Belt – all while trying to survive,” reads a press release.

“They will have to choose between pushing their luck for greater rewards or potentially taking on stress that damages their dice – their only true means of survival – and accrue glitches in their Sleeper’s system.”

If you like what you see above — or you liked what you played of the original title — you can also indulge in a Steam demo that’s available until 9 December (so get cracking).

Expect Citizen Sleeper 2 Starward Vector from 31 January 2025 on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS5, and Switch. It’s also available through PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass.
