Capcom plans to revive dormant IPs after recent successes

Capcom has used a 2019 fiscal report to declare its plans to “awaken dormant intellectual properties,” leading fans to speculate which franchises are being developed.

There are a number of Capcom IPs that the publisher could tap into (or is that re-tap into?) including Dino Crisis, Darkstalkers, Onimusha, Okami, Viewtiful Joe, Final Fight, Ghosts ‘n Goblins and more.

Of that list above, we’d love to see both Dino Crisis 4 and Darkstalkers 4. Think of Dino Crisis in the style of Capcom’s recent Resident Evil 2 remake — the RE engine would do wonders for the survival horror(-like) title.
