Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered offered as standalone product on PS4 this week; soon on Xbox, PC

Update: Activision has confirmed Australian pricing. Modern Warfare Remastered has been priced at $69.99 AUD.

Original story: A standalone version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will soon be available, and “first on PS4”, Activision recently confirmed.

Priced at $40 USD — Australian pricing has not yet been made available — the title will be available on PS4 from 27 June.

Previously, access to the remastered Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii classic was tied to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Moreover, this standalone version of the title will not come with its “Variety Map Pack” — a collection of maps from Modern Warfare‘s first DLC pack. The extra content will set you back an additional $15 USD.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is available now, bundled with Infinite Warfare on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. It heads to PS4 as a standalone purchase from 27 June, and later on Windows PC and Xbox One.
