Byleth heads to Super Smash Bros Ultimate soon, 6 more fighters coming

Fire Emblem Three Houses Byleth will be the fifth DLC fighter added to Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Nintendo today confirmed alongside news that six additional fighters will be added between now and the end of 2021.

Byleth will be available in-game from 28 January, the same day that pre-orders for the game’s Fighters Pass Vol. 2 — which will encapsulate the six additional heroes — will go on sale. It’s unclear who those six additional fighters will be at this time.

In addition to the new fighters, each character release will be accompanied by a new stage and new music.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is available now on Nintendo Switch.
