Bungie’s bringing back Nathan Fillion for Destiny 2’s Final Shape

More info will come in August.

Bungie has announced that Nathan Fillion will reprise his role as Cayde-6 in Destiny 2‘s Final Shape expansion.

While the announcement was made, that’s about all we were given; a full Destiny Showcase event planned for 23 August here in Australia will reveal more.

The news came as Bungie also announced its next title: Marathon, a sci-fi extraction shooter.

“This is a momentous time for Bungie, as we continue our evolution into a multi-game studio,” said Bungie CEO Pete Parsons.

“More than thirty years of passion for creating incredible games has led us here and will push us into the future. We have a tremendous amount of work ahead, including continuing to build our Marathon development team and supporting Destiny for years to come.”

We’ll have more on Destiny 2′Final Shape expansion as information is made available.
