Bungie trademarks three references to Eververse; will we see it in Destiny?

Bungie has registered three trademarks all to do with “Eververse” that may or may not have to do with Destiny.

Of the three trademarks, one is for “Eververse” and the usual accompaniments: things like software, promotional materials and merchandise.

One in particular is for “Eververse Trading Co.”, which has some thinking that Destiny is about to launch an auction house feature for Destiny.

The last revolves around the logo, pictured above.

None of the trademarks mention Destiny directly, so this could all be nothing more than rampant speculation. Nevertheless, its rumoured that Bungie is hard at work on the game’s next expansion, believed to be called “The Taken King”.

Either way, we’re sure we’ll hear more about Destiny at this year’s E3.
