Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons dev’s next game is the co-op adventure A Way Out

Hazelight Studios, the team behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons‘ next title is the couch co-op adventure A Way Out.

It looks intense, starring Vincent and Leo, two prison inmates… who assumedly find a way out.

Check it out:

The game is designed “for split-screen co-op only,” its developer stressed during EA’s press conference today.

“Only,” he said again, really driving the point home.

Further gameplay was shown that stressed this need to be in the same place and time, as players; Vincent was busy in a cutscene while the player controlling Leo was moving around, readying the duo’s plan.

We’ll have more on A Way Out as it develops. The game is expected in early 2018.
