Bradley the Badger announced as “genre-bending,” stars Evan Peters

What a combination.

Bradley the Badger was announced yesterday at The Game Awards, and will star film and TV star Evan Peters.

The game comes from Day 4 Night Studios, which calls its game “a genre-bending action-adventure game with a fourth-wall-breaking narrative.”

The studio was founded in 2024 by by Christian Cantamessa, lead designer and co-writer of Read Dead Redemption, and Davide Soliani, the creative lead on Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Sparks of Hope. Both devs will serve as co-directors on Bradley the Badger.

“What happens to a once-beloved platforming icon when his creator is ready to move on without him? Bradley the Badger explores themes of creativity, legacy, and the perils of game development,” a press release reads.

“Players will follow Bradley as he sets out to save his home – and his franchise – even if that means confronting the person who built it, and overcome the creative block that is tearing both of their worlds apart.”

Bradley the Badger is planned for an eventual release on Windows PC via Steam.
